Because Frame Zero is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final by default. However, if you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, contact us at hello@karamibadr.com within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Dispute Policy

Cancellation Policy

Frame Zero is a one-time purchase, there are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Once you purchase the guide, your access is permanent and there is nothing to cancel. If you joined the waitlist, you may unsubscribe from the notification email at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email.

Return Policy
